Last week I migrated our London office onto our mobility controller which is based in the North of England via the corporate WAN. All AP's in London are Campus AP's in Bridge mode, everything is working fine (SSID's, 802.1x etc), however we notice that clients in London do not populate the dashboard clients section with their hostname or IP address, they do however populate the 'monitoring' section, please see below image:
We are currently using image 220.127.116.11
Can anyone advise if this is a known issue, or a more fundamental configuration error?

I am not sure if this is fixed in a later patch but we are now on 18.104.22.168. Could you consider upgrading to try it out? If not, please open a support case.
