    Hello,

I have two 7210 controllers running ArubsOS 6.2.0.2 connected to two Catalyst 6500 routers via 10GE links.

The Catalysts should act as the Layer 3 gateways in each subnet so I configured the .2 and the .3 IP address in each subnet on their SVI Interfaces. The .1 in each subnet is the HSRP address.

The 7210's have the .6 and .7 in each subnet and the VRRP address is the .5

Ever since I configured this setup I see a list of various IP addresses in the list of clients in the Aruba Web GUI (see attached screenshot). Port 0/0/2 is the physical port on the Aruba 7210 that is connected to the Cisco Catalyst.

Any ideas why I see those IP addresses in the client list?

    Thanks for your help!

    cheers,

    Harald

Make sure interface 0/0/2 is trusted.

    Hello,

you were right, it had to do with the trust state of the interface. I just have to find out now whether I want that particular interface to be trusted but I know in which direction to look now...

    Thanks!

    cheers,
