Configuration tab on GUI is not available

    HI 

     

    I have downgraded my 7220 WLC to 6.4.2.9 to enable it to join the cluster. after a sucessful downgrade the Configuration tab on GUI is blank.

     

    Can i get advice on this perhaps a suggestion.

    Try clearing the cache and cookies on the browser you're using to access the controller.
