    Hello,

I am setting up a whole new IT infrastructure for a company and I got two Aruba AP-325.

I have never worked with those access points and I first thought it would have been really easy to configure.

But from where do I start? How do I configure it for the first time? Can I access a web interface?

Thanks a lot if any body can give me an answer it would be wonderful.

Are those AP-325s or IAP-325s?  Read the sticker on the back if you can...

I think it's a simple AP-325 and not IAP. Thank you

    Thank you,

I am trying to get this right, do I need the controller? Is it necessary?

Right now, I have an Aruba Switch 48p and I don't have anything configured for the Wifi. I only have two HP Aruba AP-325 as mentionned earlier.

How can I get them to work?

    Thanks a lot+

Look at the back of the AP and check the model number it will be AP or IAP.

If you have AP-xx then you will need a physical controller.

If you have IAP-xx then you can configure the Virtual Controller using the instructions provided earlier.
