Configuring VIA controller on 6.3 ?

Maybe a dumb question, but I'm trying to follow the directions to enable VIA controller support, but my controller

doesn't show a VIA Authentication Profile?  I have NG-PEF, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something stupid to

enable the VIA menu ?
