Controller Update server

Hay,

Is it possible to use a controller as a Update server to update firmware of the different Controllers or not .

Re: Controller Update server

Thank you for the replay .

yes i know that we have to configure the update server parameter in the master controller , but can we use the master controller as a Update server (as tftp server ) to update ,or we need to configure a third party tftp server as a source

Re: Controller Update server

Yes, you would still need to get the image to the master from an external source.

Re: Controller Update server

hi cappalli

i update the master controller but it does , the update have not been delivered to the local controllers, i also try to use ftp server to do that with the same result,  with the tftp server  i got the same result to , i think that this feature is not 100 % functional , i will wait some time.

thank you for your help and happy new year.
