Controller based to controllerless mode

    Terrible bought 10 aruba AP-105 and to implement them I need a controller for nearly 3000 euro's . I find it confusing why is it not possible to convert the AP-105 to the IAP-105. form controller based to controllerles mode.

    We just went into this subject with another user a day or so ago.

     

    There are AP models and iAP models.

     

    An AP is an AP is an AP (controller only)

    An iAP is either - there's a conversion method.

     

    A user must purchase the iAP if both possibilities might be needed.
