Controller redirect pop up stuck

    Some of our users are experiencing issue where they can't get rid of the controller pop up window. The address in the browser to our controller is this:
    https://securelogin.eu.rabobank.com/cgi-bin/login?cmd=popup
    It doesn't happen on every browser, mainly Chrome, if you close the window down manually everything is okay. But with 100's of users that's a non starter. They connect and authentic on ClearPass ok, they are then redirected and "appear" to get stuck when being redirected to the controller because this window is displayed. How can I get rid of it?

    On the WLAN controller, you can go to Configuration> Security> Authentication> L3 Authentication> Captive Portal Authentication Profile.  Select your Captive Portal Profile and Uncheck Logout Popup Window:

    Thanks, didn't notice that. Ive re-registered and dont appear to have the issue anymore, I'll get the team to monitor. It would only happen during self registration/web auth as after that we employ mac auth using endpoint repository on clearpass.
