DHCP reservation setup help from the Aruba side

I have setup a DHCP server with DHCP reservations. But when you connect it does not get the IP instead it gives

Windows default IP starting with 169. If I take the reservation out, then you get an IP. The server is Windows 2008. The server lets you enter MAC in with dashes or no separation. What is needs to be done on Aruba side?

The gateway  for all the wireless WLANs are on the controller with the IP helper on it as well.
