You don't have master redundancy configured properly. You should see two controllers from the master; the master and the standby

Soory to say I disconnected the standby and remove the VRRP steup. Once I will make the setup again I will share the update.

Master redundancy has to be setup correctly for database sync to work.  That is different from VRRP redundancy.

What information is required to create the  master redundancy and data synchronization ?

Can you please mentioned the steps to create the master redundancy ?

your cooperation in this regard will be highly admirable.

    looking forward.

If you type "show switches" from the master and you do not see the master AND the standby, master redundancy is configured wrong....

The key is to execute this, first on the master:

    config t

    master-redundancy vrrp <vrrp id>

    peer ip address <backup master>

    master-ip <backup master>  ipsec <key>

Then execute on the backup master

    config t

    master-redundancy vrrp <vrrp id>

    peer ip address <master>

    master-ip <master>  ipsec <key>

You should remove the master-redundancy configuration from the backup and re-apply it.  It is saying that the master ip address is the VRRP address and not the master's ip address.

Master controller vlan 20 ip 10.20.0.1

Backup controller vlan 20 ip 10.20.0.2

    VRRP 20  ip address 10.20.0.3

    Key abc@2015

    config t

    master-redundancy vrrp <vrrp id>

    peer ip address <backup master>

    master-ip <backup master>  ipsec <key>

Then execute on the bakcup master

    On the backup master:

    config t

    master-redundancy

    no master-vrrp

    no peer-ip address

    master-vrrp 20

    peer-ip-address 10.20.0.1 ipsec abc@2015

If that does not work, please try using a key that does not have an @ sign.

    hi

please run the following two commands on the backup controller and paste here:

    show process monitor statistics

    show processess | include db,mys

show log error | include dbsync

you may be hitting known bug 116628, the output from the above commands will allow me to confirm it

+1 to what Colin just mentioned, time for a support case - the logs attached do not show any match with the known issue, so something else is going on.

It looks like the keys in your VRRP 20 are mismatched:

Invalid advertisement received for VRID 20, Mismatched authentication type
