Device Summary Report Displays 0 Total Clients after Upgrade to 7.6.2

Last month we upgraded to the 7.6.2 Airwave.  What I have noticed is when I run a Device Summary Report that has to pull data prior

to the date we upgraded all of the reports show "0" in the Client column.  Any report I run that pulls data after the upgrade date I get valid data in the client column.  In both cases the MAX Clients data appears to be valid. 

 

Any ideas why this is happening?

What was the previous version you were upgrading from?  What is the time period of the report you're trying to run?  Also, please check your AMP Setup -> General tab -> Historical Data Retention settings box.  This is important since the Device Summary report checks the client tables (key settings to check are inactive client and client association which are the top 2 in the HDR settings).
