Difference of IAP 205 and IAP 305

Hello,

 

I am interested on knowing the difference on features between IAP 205 and IAP 305.

The biggest difference between the 205 and 305 is the 305 is 3x3:3 on 5GHz. The 205 is 2x2:2 for both radios.  There is also a jump in processing and memory.

I would also add the 305 is a newer platform and will go much farther into the future in terms of code support.

- 305 has a 3x3:3 5GHz radio, versus 2x2:2 on the 205

- 305 supports MU-MIMO (wave 2)

- 305 has integrated BLE radio

- 305 has a USB host port

- 305 supports a higher max ambient temp (+50C vs. +40C)

- 305 supports side-entry of the network interface
