You can see these disconnections are very often.

Anyone that saw this type of disconnections before? "Sapcp Ageout (internal ageout)"  ? What does it mean?

    Kind regards,

Is this an IAP or Controller-Based AP?  What version of ArubaOS or Instant OS?

This one is configured as Remote Access Point controlled by a controller; Release 6.4.4.1 (will be upgraded to 6.4.3.7 tomorrow evening; 6.4.4.1 was a test from a former colleague, but I want to go back to a GA release)

    Kind regards,

Internal Ageout is when the controller ages a device out, but does not send a deauth.  It is typically done because of inactivity.  What authentication/encryption is this device using?

Like you can see, it is doing it a few times per minute, so the client shouldn't be inactive.

    802.1x authentication with WPA2-AES encryption

What are the settings for your SSID profile?  Do you have handoff-assist configured?

    Hand-off assist is disabled

SSID settings: pretty much default settings for our RAPs

Other client (standing next to each other)  is working fine.

Difference is that the new client is WIN10 and with an AC wlan card.

Please open a TAC case, so that they can look at the specifics of your situation.

upgraded the controller to the latest, I think at that time the issue for the client was resolved in 6.4.4.10
