The 103H is your only option.

Can I deploy it outdoors like on small shop?

You could put it in an enclosure, but it is not designed for outdoor coverage.

I assume this is for downlinks to other devices? If you can tolerate a single VLAN and 100Mbps, maybe check with your rep as to whether a 225 using .11at power can handle one of those little 5-port 10/100 USB-powered switches.  Not that any of that is designed for outdoors either.

Another access ponits you can use

    RAP155

It has 4 ethernet ports, and it has option for 2 of them being poe..

That AP is indoor so dont use it outdoor...

    Cheers
