    Are there ways to mount an AP-105 on a desk so that it can stand vertically?

    If you can find a AP-105-MNT you might be able to get away with it just sitting 'up' (though that mount is NOT a stand), otherwise use that mount and build/buy some kind of stand you can attach that mount to. The 105 was never meant as a 'desk stand' type of AP so there's nothing official out there for it.
