Dot 1x profile conflicts during WLAN GUI wizard

OK - I was planning on using the captive portal for the guest network, but this is for a coffee shop, and I have reservations around unsecured connections.

That being said, I was trying to undo what I did, but got this last issue that I can't find where to find it. I thought I cleared everything around the captive portal, but must have mised this:

Cocoa Cinnamon has been modified such that it is no longer editable from this Wizard. REASON: Dot 1x profile(Cocoa Cinnamon-aaa_prof) is also referenced by another AAA AP profile(Cocoa-Admin-aaa_prof)..
Use the full Configuration user interface to edit it.

I guess it isn't critical, since everything is working, but this is haning out there that could affect future upgrades.

Thanks so much all!

The easiest way to find it would be to use the CLI.

First you can do:

# show aaa profile Cocoa-Admin-aaa_prof

Then see if it shows up for 802.1X Authentication Profile. You can then remove it:

(config) #aaa profile Cocoa-Admin-aaa_prof
(AAA Profile "Cocoa-Admin-aaa_prof") #no authentication-dot1x

Now you can delete the dot1x profile

(config) #no aaa authentication dot1x Cocoa Cinnamon-aaa_prof

So removing these two auth profiles results in neither network able to get IP addresses now. I'll keep trying to clean stuff up!

Re: Dot 1x profile conflicts during WLAN GUI wizard

Yup, I'm now getting in the GUI wizard for both WLANs:

Cocoa-Admin has been modified such that it is no longer editable from this Wizard. REASON: Dot1x profile should be enable for wpa2-psk-aes.
Use the full Configuration user interface to edit it.

I guess I misunderstood you. I thought you were trying to get rid of the profiles so you could reuse the names.

For PSK, you can use the default, built-in PSK aaa profile.

No references at all to that AAA profile, besides the first?
