EAPOL 4-way handshake fails

Hello All,

Just a generic question here. l have the SSID, authentication is against NPS server. Sometimes clients are unable to connect to the SSID.

Took a monitor mode PCAP (see attached). For some reason, a client is not responding to the initial EAPOL 4-way handshake message initiated by the AP.

AP keeps retrying and then authentication starts again. Do you guys know the possible reason(s) on why the client does not respond to the EAPOL message? It is 5GHz band communication and l didn't see any retires when the issue was visible:

Thanks,

Myky

What is the operating system and adapter of the client?
