    Hi Community, 

     

    I've got a very strange issue with the provisionning of the guest access.

    Since a couple of weeks, i'm unable to create new user with the web portal. I see the provisionned users but i cannot create a new one.

     

    i've got a kind of blue screen ... see the attached pictures.

    Did we try with different browser or from a PC to see how it goes ? May we know the AOS version you are running on controller ?

    Hi Sriram, 

     

    I've tried with FireFox and Internet Explorer 11.

     

    About the version, i'll try to get the information as soon as possible. Are there any " bugs" versions of Aruba ?

     

    it's wired, it' was worked a couple a weeks ago.

    Just for the follow-up i've fixed the issue by adding the webiste into the Trusted site of Internet Explorer.
