Enabling Management Access Via Wireless Aruba WLAN?

Hello All,

How could we enable the management access over wireless over a WLAN?

Once way I could find is by selecting the AAA profile file mapped to the VAP profile, have its Initial role changed to "authenticated".
However are there other simple ways out to enable management access over the wireless SSIDs without making any changes to AAA Profile?

When you say "Enable Management Access", do you mean to allow a wireless user to be able to manage the controller over wireless?

Yes, Joseph.  I mean the same.

The controller uses TCP 4343 for web management and SSH for CLI management.  Those are the ports that should be allowed to the controller's ip address for management.

The relevant ports are all allowed on the firewall. Its only after moving the AAA profiles initial role to authenticated, the users on that specific SSID are able to have management access to the controller.

Was wondering if there's an alternate way to gain the management/web access of controller without changing the AAA profile's default parameters.
