    Hello Aruba Team,

I am having some difficult time trying to source for explosion proof enclosure in my country as quantity is not big, I am requesting if Aruba can include such enclosure as part of their offering. I have customers that need sthese and more offen than not we have to walk away from such deals. Just my frustration for not being able to assist the customer and win deal that is within my reach.

You can certainly file this on the Idea Portal, but at the moment Aruba has teamed with Extronics for an explosion-proof enclosure system that is based on the AP-274.   They also have other enclosures that are certified by Aruba.   The iWAP107-AP274 is only available through Extronics; not sure we'll ever see it on the Aruba price list.

    Hi there,

I am wondering if the AP 275 is explosion-proof certified or not. We would need this for a project that requires that all devices mounted in a certain location to comply with these certifications.
Would appreciate if someone could direct me in the proper direction.

    Thank,

    Levente

The AP-27x APs are not ATEX/C1DX certified in and of themselves. We partner with Analynk to make C1D1/ATEX rated enclosures that can use indoor or outdoor APs, depending on your temperature requirements.

The AP-228 is the most versatile and highest performing at the best cost (higher radio power for outdoor and the best temperature rating).

One more question: Are these available from Aruba, or they need to be ordered from Analynk?
