Failed to decrypt key.

    I am having trouble installing an ap license on a 620. The license is for the correct serial number controller. Two of the three generated licenses installed no problem. Am I simply overlooking something simple?

    Does that key belongs to another controller by any chance ?

    ... most common issue I have seen... whitespace at end of the key string.

     

    Sometimes the answer is in plain view with a whitespace at the end of the string, which will give you that error.


    Something to check.

    The AP license was generated with this controllers cert and serial so I don't think it is shared but ill dig deeper on that. 

     

    I checked and triple checked the string its identical. So I'm still kinda scratching my head as to what the problem is.
