Few of clients on our Aruba Wireless are frequently disconnecting.

Few of Clients in our Wirelss network are frequently disconnecting. we have 1 Aruba controller and 4 access points at our location. clients are frequently complaining about the disconnection. when i checked i found the packet drops and IP is geeting changed for the client after disconnection and reconnection.

system is being deployed sincel almost 2 years now, i am facing these issues since last like 2 months. we have Aruba 3200 controller. surprisignley it is disconnecting frequently for few users and for others there are no issues at all. these clients are sitting at same desk. and disconnection is happening even ifwhen laptop is not moved at all.

Can you please obtain the tech-support from the controller and PM me a link to it?
1) Logon to the Web UI of the controller(s)
2) Go to Maintenance > Copy logs > Download Logs > and check :Include Technical support Information" and click on apply.
3) Save this log to your system
4) PM me a link to the logs-download.tar file that is created.

After checked on Drop broadcast and Multicast traffic still clients are facing disconnections, any suggestions. its becoming worst now clients are facing disconnections every 15-20 minutes
