hi!
i have a little problem, when i print the guest's credentials, the logo doesn't appear on the page.
on the page i can see all infomration of guest, but in the top of page i cannot see my logo, but i can see it on the preview page.

the image have this dimension 227x56 px

i use a controller 620 with AOS 6.0.2.3

have you any ideas to solve this issue ?

The guest logo is restricted to 72x72 pixels.  Please try with a logo of 72x72 or less...

With that being said 6.0.2.3 is older and quite a few bugs have been fixed with GPP since then.  Please try restricting the logo first, to see if that works.

i have tried with a logo 54x56 but it doesn't work.
i want specify that i can see logo in the preview of guest provisioning page, but i cannot see it in the print preview page....

have you other ideas?

ps. can i modify the text that is printed?

Interesting. I am also using captive portal on the controller and I am using a logo image of size 372x148 and it seems to work fine for me (I am running v3.4.10).  In the past when I had some issues with the logo not showing up it was due to the way I imported it on the controller.  I had inadvertedly selected the wrong "page type" so the logo did not show up.

I also tested the file size under AOS version 6.1.3.7 and the largest image size that works is 176x46.  So cjoseph if right there is a change in the newer OS version with regards to the image size restriction.

These are the steps I used to import the logo image on my controller:

1. make sure you are selecting the right profile from the drop down

2. browse to locate the image file to be imported

3. set the "Page Type" to  "Content"

4. Apply.

i have checked the position where i have uploaded the image, i have checked size but nothing
so i have tried on another controller, and i have the same results.

i have opened a ticket with aruba... now i can only wait.

Have you tried to resize the logo image?

On verion 6.1.x or higher it only worked when I resized my logo image to the supported image (see attached).  If your logo image is larger than 176px wide by 46px high it will not work.

i have use all recommended formt.

the format that the guide recommends, 600 x 100 pixels
the format that the help of GUI recommends, 50px (height) by 120px (width).

i find the solution!

• Login to GUI of controller
• Navigate to Security => Access Control => Guest Access to upload the same..
