Get IP from 1 MSR VLAN to another's VLAN using DHCP RELAY

Hi,

I have 2 MSrs 2000, Successfully Meshed. I made BSS"ZHTDemo", VLAN & DHCP server on MSR1whose Configuration is attached using name:MSR1 Config.

I made another BSS"ArubaDemo2" of different name but similar of VLAN ID as MSR1 and use DHCP relay to get ip of ArubaDemo2 from MSR1's ZHTDemo.

Configuration of MSR2 is also attached name: MSR2 Config.

Thanks for the detail information.

Everything looks fne with me except the DHCP Relay on MSR2. With your config, both MSR1 and MSR2 run in the layer2 mode, which means both devices share the same layer2 broadcast domain. You don't need to run DHCP Relay in between.

Suggest to remove the DHCP relay on MSR2, then the BSS on MSR2 should get IP address from the DHCP pools you configured on MSR1.

Best,

Xu
