My 6000 local controller is experiencing a high cpu process rate on the mswitch/bin/fpcli process.  I don't understand what this process is or what it does so it's difficult to troubleshoot the issue.  Need Help!

Please open a support case, and do not attempt to troubleshoot.

I already did that and it doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere. That's why I was wanting to gain some understanding of the issue.  Even getting a definition of what this means would be helpful.

High Utilization on a process can be caused by anything, theoretically.  TAC has to find out why it is happening with you specifically.  The fpcli process having high utilization does not point to anything specifically.

    Are you having performance issues?
