How many licenses are able to install for centralized license function?

No limits?

 

Pleae let me know, if it is different by topology (Master-Local, All Masters).

I would use master and locals but it depends on your setup. I am not aware of a hard limit on central licensing. You can load more ap licenses on a controller then you can connect so there is no limit on that part.

There is no hard limit for the number of licenses which can be installed. We can install any number of licenses exceeding the platform limits on a given controller. With centralized licensing enabled, these licenses can be shared with the other controller in the cluster.
