How to compare list of ap's name in two controllers and to find if any ap is missing .

Goal is to find the ap name in one controller must exsist in aonther controller(Secondary) if it does not exssit we need to identify it ,whether it can be done by report or script,need your help. Thanks in advance

"show ap database long" on the master will show all APs and what controller they are currently terminated on.

actually we add an ap in both primary and secondary controller ,we need to check if suppose we miss any adding in secondary ,so hence we need a way to check / compare the controllers(primary & secondary ) with the ap data in it and we need to find the ap name that is missing in secondary / primary .....whether aruba has any features to compare and filter it out ...or any script need to be written for this.

these are remote ap's, assigned for induvial user for the IPSEC VPN conection (Aruba 303h model rap)

Are the controllers in the same cluster?  When you say "add", what did you do?  I can't answer how to check for something if you don't tell me how you added them.

sure ,let me provide additional info ,

usally we assign induvial aruba RAP (Remote access point) to the end user for their VPN connection  for home office setup .

so we manually add the rap name with user name in the primary controller(for e.g in india location aruba controller) and also we add the rap name to the secondary aruba controller (For e.g singapore aruba controller) ..this setup is for when primary goes down to auto switch mode...  i guess the both controller are not in cluster. All you can do is compare the output of 

show whitelist-db rap

 between the two controllers.

The best thing to do is to host the RAP whitelist on ClearPass and point both of those controllers to ClearPass so that you have a single point of configuration and control:  http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Controller-Based-WLANs/AP-Whitelist-with-CPPM/ta-p/242915

Thanks for the info ,but we do not have that set up currently aruba with CPPM ....any way to export list "sh ap database " from two controllers and compare them ,or is there any report whether can we specify any conditions to filter it out those ap details . Thank you

Getting the output of those commands and comparing them is the only way to do this, unfortunately.

And if you don't have your RAP Whitelist Centralized in ClearPass, if you have ClearPass, you should investigate it, because it will make things easier for you in a distributed environment.
