I just have Dell Aruba 3400 Controller.

My problem now, I can't get eval license from Aruba because support said my Serial is under Dell.

I try to email Dell but none reply.

How to solve this

Unfortunately that needs to be handled by Dell since they are the OEM for that part number. You can reach out to your local Aruba account team to see if they have contacts at Dell for that region.

My System Serial no longer listed in Dell Service Tag.

Dell can't support me either.

I already try to contact Dell US.

Very dissapointed with this product.

Will learn Ruckus instead.

Does Aruba have something like LAB License.

I just want to use it to learn this product.

LAB license is full functional license with reduced throughput.

F5 have that.

Anyone can point me where to buy cheapest license for 3400 with 2pcs of AP125

Sorry you are having issues with the Dell product, unfortunatley, it's not an issue Aruba can solve. If you want to reach out to your local Aruba sales team, maybe they can work out a trade-in if you're interested on newer Aruba-branded products that can be handled by Aruba. If your APs are Dell though, you would need new APs as well (Dell APs are not supported on Aruba controllers). 

Aruba does have evaluation licenses that will run for 30 days and can be re-applied up to 3 times total.

I have 2 options now

1. Buy another ebay Aruba brand Wireless Controller (not Dell) and install eval license.

2. Stick with Aruba Dell 3400 and buy permanent licenses for controller and 2pcs of AP125

a. With eval license, is that include license for 2pcs of Aruba (not Dell) AP125

Whether it works or not, Aruba doesn't support the termination of Dell branded APs on Aruba controllers, and the same goes for terminating Aruba APs on Dell branded controllers. As far as which is cheaper, I don't track Ebay pricing, but two AP licenses with PEF should be well under $500, and even lower if priced from a partner with a small discount. My guess is the licenses are cheaper than a new Ebay controller (certainly less risky). 

Looking at Ebay, they seem to be flooded with 3000 series controllers. Those will work but note that while they will support up to 6.4 AOS code, they do not support some of the more advanced features like AppRF, APFF, etc. Your local Aruba partners can help identify feature support if you purchase licensing. I would avoid ALL 800, 2400, 6000 and M3 controllers. If you look at a 3200, make sure it's an XM (non-XM 3200s will only go up to AOS 6.1). 3400 and 3600 controllers are all fine up to AOS 6.4. 7005 and 7010 controllers are the IDEAL lab controller.
