    Hi there,

    is it possible to define the specific AP for client  by MAC or IP in configuration? Another AP can be selected only if this specific AP is switched off...

    There is no way to do that from the AP side.  Some client software, like the Lenovo supplicant allow you to do that.

    What is the use case? Depending on (lots of) things it could be as easy as using SSID as a differentiator. If it's a PC/Mac this would work pretty reliably, have the client configured to connect to two SSIDs, have ssid1 broadcasting from the AP you want to be the primary and ssid2 out of the secondary, put ssid1 at the top of the scanning list.
