How to set VPN IP Pool ?

    =========================================================

Currently, two controllers are in master-local configuration.

The master and local controllers have configured remote AP VPN IP Pools on different subnets.

ex) Master controller VPN IP Pool: 10.10.10.0/24
Local controller VPN IP Pool: 10.10.20.0/24

My question is, do I have to set the remote AP VPN IP Pool the same at the master-local configuration?

Or do I need to set up different VPN IP Pools?

Either should work, as long as the ranges are non-routable.

The RAP VPN Pool is used for the inside tunnel address between the RAP and Controller, and typically is not reachable from outside of the controller. Because it's not a reachable subnet, it can be re-used across different controllers.

The APs are connected to the master / local controller as one remote AP.

The master and local controllers establish a pool of VPN IPs in the same 10.10.10.x range.

Is the IP of the remote AP connected to the master controller and the local controller leased equally?

Does an IP conflict occur when an AP connected to the master controller moves to the local controller after the master controller fails?

    Thank you.

No IP conflict, because the inner IP is negotiated each time the connection is established.

I knew I needed the same VPN IP pool between the master / local controller.

However, I was worried about the impulse of IP when I set it up.

The problem I was worried about was resolved.

Thank you for answering my question.
