    Hello!

      We have an AP RAP-155 who do a VPN between an institution and our master network.  I suspect a loop on the institution's network and I would like to disable all AP ports remotely on the RAP without cut the VPN link with de AP.  Is it something possible?  Can I do that with the controller?

    Yes.  Go to Configuration> Wireless> AP Configuration.

     

    Find the ap-group that your RAP is in  and click on it.

     

    Expand AP, click on Ethernet Interface X Port configuration  (not 0, because that is the uplink), and Change it to shutdown:
