    I have 3 open ssids one of them keep disapear and come back again with no reason os used 6.3.1

    HI,

     

    The given information is not enough to identify the issue, please share the AP techsupport file.

    follow the bellow steps to get the tech support .

     

    GUI :

     

    1. Diagnostics --> Technical Support

    2. Select the AP name from the dropdown list.

    3. Enter the report name.

    4. Create and download the report file.

    Im not on site now but this is not on a specific ap it is a general behavior on all wlan network

    I would wait until you are back onsite.  You won't have any useful information if you are not there.
