Is your AP-275 running 6.4 code?

Do you have LLDP enabled on the interface?

Thanks,

Please take a look at the system logs (show log system 50) and see if there
is any information there.

Re: I have AP275 connected directly to Controller 620 on POE port provisioned but came up as inactiv

Use a 802.3at PoE adapter to power up your AP275 instead of connecting directly to the 620 PoE 802.3af port.

I faced similar issue before and it was resolved using the 802.3at PoE adapter. Looks like the 620 controller PoE port does not meet the PoE requirements of the AP275, under power.

Raymond.
