IAP 215 campus ap conversion is not successful

    Dear all,

     

    Controller ip 10.10.10.254/24 and switch S2500 is connected to controller and switch ip 10.10.10.253 and controller is providing the DHCP for AP provisiong. DHCP is available on switch and from switch controller IP is accessible. IAP got the IP 10.10.10.1 but the conversion takes a long time more than 15mins and unsuccessful. All are on native vlan 1.

     

    Factory Default IAP 215 AOS is 6.4.2.6 and Controller AOS is 6.4.1.0

     

    Do I need to make controller AOS upgradation ?

    Upgrade your controller OS to newer version and you will be fine - enjoy another great Aruba feature.

    After upgrading the AOS within 2mins Conversion successful.
