IAP-225 Issue

    Hello,

     

    We have an IAP225 setup and running, however on at least 5 occasions now the AP appears to be working - can connect to UI and it appears to be broadcasting, however no client can connect to it regardless of the ssid used (wpa2 with a key and wpa2 enterprise). I have cold booted the device which seems to fix it, I havent had a real chance to look into it further as I have an office full of users who need to connect.

     

    Code is 6.3.1.2-4.0.0.3_41784.

     

    Has anyone expierienced anything similar?

     

    I will raise a case later on.

    Have you tried upgrading to 4.0.0.4 ?

     

    I am currently using that version and authenticating users with 802.1X with no issues.

    I am planning on it this afternoon.

     

    It does work - for a while, then it stops working.

    I had the same issue when I first gotten my IAP 225 after the upgrade it works fines.
