IAP Connection Problem

  • 1.  IAP Connection Problem

    Hello Guys,

     

    We've just bought 5 IAP-204. But strangely our users keep getting disconnected from wireless network constantly.

     

    I did followed some advises which is mentioned in this portal but it seems not improved very much.

     

    In the attached documents I'm sharing some of the outputs in IAPs. Can you provide me some guidance here.

    Based on what I see in your configuration, try this:

     

    In the ARM profile:  http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_41_WebHelp/InstantWebHelp.htm#UG_files/ARM/Configuring_ARM-Features.htm

     

    - Make the Minimum Transmit Power 12

    - Make the Maximum Transmit Power 18

    - Uncheck 80mhz support

     

    In the SSID:  http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_41_WebHelp/InstantWebHelp.htm#UG_files/CaptivePortal/ConfWLANGuest.htm?

     

    - Make sure Broadcast Filtering is set to "all".

    I followed your suggestions. And I will be able to share the results Monday since it is Friday and working hours is about the end. Thanks for your quick reply.

    What version do you have installed ?

    Did you opened a TAC case in parallel?

    6.4.2.0-4.1.1.0 is installed. 

     

    And Yes, I opened also a case in TAC. But if someone can suggest quickier than TAC i would appriciate it.
