IAP not showing UP on Virtual Controller

    We have 3 IAP's installed on same floor. whats happening is IAP hangs frequently i e the LED status will be good but cant able see those IAP in virtual controller and it will not broadcast also , after manual reboot of that  IAP we are able to see that in virtual controller.

     

    I am attaching the Airwave logs for those IAP's

     

    Please suggest me how to troble shoot.

    Can we get show log system from VC master when the issue occurs ?

    Yesterday also we faced same issue.

     

    As you requested we took the logs from virtual controller.

     

    Please suggest me how to troble shooot this.
