I have a customer that is using ClearPass to create guest accounts via an IAP. Once they have created their accounts and clicked on the login button we are redirecting them to the company www website but it is taking around 30 secs to load. The client is authenticated because if they open up another browser tab and attempt the same webiste it loads straight away. IAP is 215 and code version is 6.4.4.8-4.2.4.7
Anyone seen this before or have an explanation?
