    Hi,

I am planning to setup a set of local controller at remote site and no external controller I.e DMZ controller. I would like to use L3 captive portal authentication  and tunnel all  traffice to PAN firewall for internet access to clients.

Clients will authenticate on local controllers and pass all client traffic to tunnel. I need to know whether we can able to setup GRE and IPsec tunnel to PAN firewall and tunnel traffice to firewall for internet, if any one has done this, please share the configuration

Yes you can build an IPSec tunnel with PAN
    http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS_63_Web_Help/Content/ArubaFrameStyles/VPNs/Site_to_Site_VPNs.htm

once you build the tunnel all you need to do is create a static route on the controller pointing from Source (Guest Traffic) to Any towards the IPSec tunnel
