ISSUE with Onboarding in Android

    Hi folks;

     

    I have a problem that i am not able to fix. When i try to onboarding a Andriod tablet (Jelly Bean), I open a  web browser (Navegator or Dolphin or Firefox - I tried all) , and i get the registration portal, then download Aruba Quickconnect.

    When i try to install Network profiles clicking on link, instead open the Aruba Qucikconnect i only get the option to download the quick1x.networking file. SO I am not able to fill next step.

    It is like android was not able to associate extension Networking with Aruba quickconnect.


    I also formatted the tabled thinking it could fix the issue.

    What platform is Quickconnect Hosted on, IAS?  You need to ensure that the mime type is set according to the IAS instructions for quickconnect..
