    If I have 2 Controllers Each one is standalone role Master can I authenticate guests from controller to another?

    No, they would authenticate to RADIUS separately (I assume you mean RADIUS/dot1x authentication).

    Are you referring to using the built-in controller captive portal? 

     

    You could create a GRE tunnel between the controllers and have one of them server as the guest portal. Otherwise you would need a RADIUS server.
