    Greetings:

Has anyone had any success getting Ekahau maps into VisualRF?  We tried exporting them into WCS format from Ekahau and then inputting into Visual RF but we are getting declaration errors.  We are just starting a large University deployment.  It would be real nice to not have to hand massage each map.

    Thanks

Taking the WCS format from Ekahau and directly trying to import into VisualRF won't work.  The data needs to go through some additional conversion.  I suggest opening a support case to see if they are able to help take the WCS formatted data and change it into VisualRF.

Was there ever any success with this?

Yes We worked with Engineering and the WCS imports work as expected.

Maybe I'm confused, but are you talking about importing Ekahau maps or Cisco WCS maps?

Because Airwave didn't accept the native Ekahua file format we exported them to Cisco WCS and then imported them into Visual RF.  It was the only format the two had in common.
