My customer compliant after upgrade from 6.3.1.5 to 6.4.2.5 have intermittent problem to get the IP address. We did try shorten the external DHCP leased time but problem still the same.

Now rollback to old firmware problem still happen.

    Please advise.

    HI,

What is the reason (Message) you are seeing in the logs ?? please share the outputs of

    1. show log user-debug all (logging level debugging user-debug <client MAC>)

    2. show log security all

    3. show auth tracebuff count 50

Please feel free to comeback with the above, we can diagnose the issue.

    jordontin,

There are a myriad of reasons why your issue could be happening.  There are quite a few reasons why disconnects happen and it could be a combination of reasons.  It would be better to open a TAC case in parallel, so that they can have access to all of your customer's logs an information.  Having us guess here with limited information might eventually get to the bottom of your issue, but it would take much longer.
