What version of IOS are these devices running?

My version is 10.3.3 (iPhone), when i access to Aruba WLAN, it alway connected => Disconnect=> Connecting

 

I can confirm my phone working well at home, and ruckus. If you want me share my configuration, please tell me.

What kind of encryption do you have on that WLAN?

 

Please make sure you don't have 802.11r, k or v enabled on that SSID.

Mix mode : WPA-AES,WPA-TKIP,WPA2-AWS

For authentication im using:802.1X via Cisco ACS (EAP)

Already disable : 802.11r,k and v

You should not be using WPA-AES or WPA-TKIP.  WPA-AES is insecure and WPA-TKIP is also insecure, but forces the client association rate to be 54 megs or less.  In addition, some clients have problems with a mixed-encryption SSID.  You should standardize on WPA2-AES which provides the best speed and security.  To find out what clients could be using WPA-AES or WPA-TKIP, you should use the command:

 

show dot1x supplicant-info list-all 

 That will tell you how many of your clients are using WPA-AES or WPA-TKIP that you need to reconfigure to match WPA2-AES.

Thank for your advices

I was change authentication/ encryption = wap2/aes, but iphone/ipad , OSX cannot acess smoothly, it connected and disconnect.

Idont know why, my iphone working fine with ruckus and wifi at home but very difficult acess to aruba system.

My topology

Master

Local

master and local different geography.

 

I have just deloyed in a new building, all the users here will be connected in controller local.

According to my understandings, user connecting into WLAN will be authenticated on Local controller.

But when I check log access on Radius sever (ACS), it is always authenticated by controller master.

I didn’t find any user authenticated on Local at all. However, I still see user list of new buildings connecting into WLAN on local controller.

 

Please give me some advices
