    Hi,

We are having some issues with iphone and ANdroid users. We are having this issue more reported since upgrade to

6.1.3.1 COntroller 6000s. Clients connect to an SSID but every ow and then the get associated with another SSID (not preferred).

Is there a way in Aruba to make a client prefer to an SSID..or is this a client feature? If it is a client feature, how do we do it in Apple iOS and ANdroid.

    Thanks,

    Fawad

The only surefire way to do this is to remove the SSID and make sure it is not remembered.

This is mostly a client issue.  I've seen this problem more frequently on iDevices compared to Android and other devices.  Even though the SSID is available throughout the environment, these devices sometimes connect to a non-preferred SSID, especially if the SSID is open/no authentication.
