  • 1.  Issues with OS 6.3.1.1 - No Floor Plans?

    Hi

     

    I have just upgraded my 3600 and X2 3200 Controllers to 6.3.1.1, however I no longer seem to be able to find my floor plans?

    I also have issues displaying the Dashboard in IE? it only works in Chrome!

     

    Any help much appreciated.

    The floor plans feature was removed in ArubaOS 6.3.   If you need that capability you should look into Airwave.  VisualRF on Airwave works much better than the old heat maps anyway.  

     

    As for the Dashboard not displaying, have you tried clearing the browser cache on IE?

    Think there is generallyissues using IE, but as you say Chrome seems to work fine.  Even noticied elements of the Aruba website dont work in IE either!
