License at 100% usage

    The other day, I got a message in Airwave that all of my device licenses have been used. So I went ahead and sent off for a quote to add more. However, after further review, my groups show that there are 1023 devices being managed by Airwave, but my license says that I am using 1267/1267 licenses.

     

    Am I missing something or do I have 244 devices unaccounted for?

    Do you have any down devices may not be in that folder ?

    I do not. We have an 'IAP' folder and a 'Switch' folder(with sub folders for each of our school sites). But the sub-folders totals are equal to the Top folders totals.

    With Aruba Instant, there's a virtual controller entry created for each IAP cluster.  This entry is a soft entry which does not count against device count for licensing.
