License transfer is possible ?

    I have a 3200MX controller with 64 AP/RFP/PEF licenses and also have valid aruba care contract. Is 3200MX license can transfer to 7030 ?

    Our aruba care content vendor told me, YES. But a HP-E authorized agent tell me 3200MX license can't transfer  to 7010. I don't know why? But this HP-E authorized agent  hardware is cheaper than our aruba care content vendor.  Who is correct ?
