Load Balancing / Band Steering with AP325

    Dear Community,

     

    Client Match is managing Band Steering, Load Balancing and Sticky Client. But we can also found some Band Steering settings on the Virtual AP profile and some Load Balancing settings on the radio profile.

     

    Inside the RF and Roaming Optimization for Aruba 802.11ac Networks guide I can find the following:

     

    Does someone know if the below text is also applicable for AP 32x series? I mean AP324/325 supports band steering, load balnacing and sticky client only through ClientMatch? Does it mean the Band Steering setting on the VAP profile and the Load Balancing settings on the radio profile has no effect on the config?

    ClientMatch will take precedence over standalone band steering

    Can I assume this the same for Load Balancing ? Client Match will take precedence too?
