Why my syslog server is receiving logs with the tag <NOTI> if the severity is set for WARN?

try this:

logging level warnings security subcat aaa

logging <Server IP> type user severity warnings facility local0

But it's not possible to have internal security log with INFORMATIONAL level and send to syslog server only WARNINGS and above? Is it?
